XC Camp Week 2

Great job running in the heat, make sure to bring water to camp!

We are at the Intermediate Bld this week, we meet at the Meijer Trail head at 3pm-4:15.

Wednesday is a chance to see what you can do on our home 2 Mile course. We need volunteers for the time trial Wednesday and again for our home meet 9/14. Spectators are more than welcome to come and cheer us on for both also! :) Time Trial start 3:15pm, boys race first this year followed by the girls. Kids will warm up and we will get volunteers to their places.

Wednesday Update - Parents' Meeting & Weather

We can't wait to meet all of our parents this afternoon - we'll have the parents' meeting at 4:15 after practice.  This meeting is optional for those parents with conflicts - runners can ask questions on parents' behalf and relay information.

For camp today, if there is thunder & lightening as of 2:30pm, practice will be cancelled, including the parents' meeting.  But rain alone will not stop us!

Runners - don't forget to run this weekend - workouts will be posted on the blog after today's practice.
