Tuesday 10/11 Practice at the Intermediate until 4:30pm
Wednesday Early Release No Practice!!! Rest!
Thursday Practice at the Intermediate until 4:30pm
Friday CITY Meet: ALL Middle School runners race at 5:10pm
7 & 8 ride to the Intermediate right after school just like practice. Once at the Intermediate all runners will get dressed then board the CC bus at the Intermediate and leave for the meet around 3:10.
University Park Golf Course 2100 Marquette Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442
NO BUS HOME!!! All runners need to be picked up from the University Park Golf Course. Should be done running by 5:30 but there will be awards following race.
Monday 10/17 Banquet at the Intermediate until 4:30. Boys bring Soda and cups, Girls bring snacks/junk food.

Monday BIG MEET!!!
Monday Oct. 10th- Holland Christian This is our biggest race of the year and always the fastest times!
6th grade dismissed at 2:10pm and the bus will leave for the middle school at 2:15. 7th & 8th dismissed at 2:15pm and the bus will leave around 2:25pm.

Parking
Please ask your bus driver to park in our high school lot (950 Ottawa Ave, just south of our middle school). They can go directly there, park the bus and the team can walk to the middle school from there. Parents may park in either our middle school lot or at the high school, but please ask them NOT to park in the church parking lot across the street from our middle school. They have an event going on that day as well.
Bus will return to RPMS around 7:10pm, I will update blog when we leave the meet on ETA.

Week of Oct. 3rd, it's go time!
Monday Oct. 3rd- Practice at the Winter Sports Complex, 5pm pick up. Please do not attend practice at the park if you are unable to run. We understand there are injuries but it is too hard to keep the team together and safe if we have people who are unable to run. Towels maybe?
Tuesday- West Ottawa Away (This is going to be a tough race, get plenty of rest and good food, it may rain so pack dry clothes for ride home.) We maybe small but we are mighty!
6th grade 2:30 dismissal, bus leaves at 2:35pm for the Middle School.

stretch (Take your time and listen to what muscle groups need more time, bigger breaths into those stretches.)
