Practice tomorrow is at the High School. Pick up runners at 4:44pm from Roberts rd parking lot.
Weekend Workouts:
Friday 20 min jog and stretch
Saturday 20 min jog with 2 strides and stretch.
Be ready to sweat Monday at the park.

Runner need to be dressed and ready to run before getting on the bus by gym doors at 2:45.
Bring: shoes, water and towel
Runners need to be pick up at the Muskegon State Park Winter Sports Complex (462 Scenic Dr.) @ 4:44.
Runners will ride their usual bus or #8 to the intermediate bld. Coach Keefe will meet the runners on the path and we will walk together to the high school locker rooms.
Runners will need to be picked up at 4:44 from the high school's Giles rd parking lot.
