Parents are more than welcome to join us, it is a fun little ceremony with food, drink and awards.

Remember boys are bringing drinks and girls are bringing snacks.

That concludes our season! Thank you runners and parents it has been amazing:)

We will stop at the McDonalds on the way out of town for dinner and will collect dirty uniforms too:)

The bus will leave RPMS at 2:40 and return 8pm.

There is a chance of rain so bring dry clothes and remember runners will change out of uniforms after race so we can wash and collect them so please bring tank, shorts, warmup pants and jackets.

Thursday Practice at RP MIDDLE SCHOOL!! 10/9

Due to it being our last practice, October 9th, we are going to hold it at the RP middle school and pick up at 4:15pm.

Weekend practice:
Friday- Run 20 mins 3 strides and stretch
Saturday- Jog 5mins, stretch for 15mins 6 strides and 5 mins Jog.
Sunday- STRETCH

Monday Pizza Party at the Park and Grandville on Wed.

Home from Color Run 6:20pm at RPMS

Wednesday Oct. 1st - NO Practice!

Great running kids, our home race was AMAZING!!!! Thank you parents for all your help, we are so lucky to have you all! THANK YOU!!

No practice today so rest and stretch, catch up on your home work:)

Wildcat Color Splat Run this Thursday Oct 2nd behind Northview Crossroads Middle School.  Please make sure your runners know they will leave here with a bright new look that is different from when they arrive.  They might want to wear an old light colored t-shirt and old running shoes.  The course is 2 miles long and will not be timed.   

Boys at 4:15pm and girls after that (4:45)

The bus will take us from RPMS to Northview and back to RPMS around 6:15/30pm, check blog for travel updates.
