This weekend pick two days to run and take one day off.  Run for 20 mins each day and stretch.

Monday's practice is out at the park, bring a watch and a towel:)

We had a great time hosting Grand Haven, Grandville, and Zeeland at a huge home meet this afternoon - a total of 237 runners out on a beautiful day.

Many thanks to all the home and away parents, friends, and family that pitched in!

Wed. Practice is at RPMS. We will have pictures, order forms were handed out.

Remember to wear you uniform, everyone will want to be in the team picture for the year book.

Splat Fun RUN!

Tuesday 8th at Northview Crossroads Middle School, 4400 Ambrose Ave NE

Grand Rapids, MI 49525 .

Girls will run 1st at 4:15, 7th graders then 8th graders.

Boys will run around 4:45, 7th then 8th.

They have more runners than they originally planned for so are running 4 races instead of 2. I am guessing they will do a staggered start, so if you want to watch I would plan on arriving early, 4pm and just enjoying the whole show so you don't miss your runner. 

I hope we are back around 7pm...check blog for ETA. Sorry we have never done a race like this so I am not sure what to expect.

Runners need to bring:

• shoes (bring old ones if you got them)
• old clothes (they will get "paint" on them)
• old towel
• water
• snack (I'd bring 2 because 7pm without dinner is tough)

Home from Rockford and tomorrow's practice

We are just leaving Rockford so we should be at RPMS at 6:30pm tonight.

Thursday's practice is at the High School. Runners need to be picked up at Roberts rd parking lot at 4:44pm.

Party at Archer's Monday the 7th

Runners will need to be dressed to run and on the bus at 2:45. The bus will take kids to Archer's house. We will run, eat and maybe have a little fun;)

Runners will need to be picked up from 1225 Peterson rd at 4:44pm. (Giles west and turn left on Peterson, 4th house on the right)

Mrs. Archer said kids are welcome to stay until 6pm.

Away meet @ Rockford
