What is this Cross Country Running?


Weak, wimpy, and those who are afraid to get some dirt in their shoes need not apply.

Expect to be scratched, muddied, bruised and to be out near the edge where life is in full color.

Weekend running and Monday

Yesterday's race was AWESOME, Thank you!!!

This weekend pick two days to run and take one day off.  Run for 20 mins each day and stretch.

Monday's practice is out at the park, bring a watch and a towel:)
