Weak, wimpy, and those who are afraid to get some dirt in their shoes need not apply.

Expect to be scratched, muddied, bruised and to be out near the edge where life is in full color.

This Weekend

Friday- 20min jog and stretch
Saturday- 20 min jog and stretch

Sunday's Pop Can Drive!!
Start collecting cans in your neighborhood at 3pm, make sure to wear RP CC shirt or uniform. Also inform people why we are fundraising, to continue to be bussed out to Muskegon State park for practice one a week.
We will meet at Meijer out in the parking lot, way out so we can find each other, and return cans at 4:30. If runners want to get together in groups that is fine. Kids can really collect cans at what ever time we just figured 3pm most people are home and it is not too early or too late. Also if runners cannot meet to return feel free to bring cans when runners are picked up from the State park on Monday and coaches will return them. Do not bring cans to school!
