Weak, wimpy, and those who are afraid to get some dirt in their shoes need not apply.

Expect to be scratched, muddied, bruised and to be out near the edge where life is in full color.

Home from Hudsonville and Thursday's practice.

Leaving at 5:35, should be 6:35 arrival at RPMS.

Great race but it was hot, so hydrate tonight.

Practice tomorrow is at the High School. Pick up runners at 4:44pm from Roberts rd parking lot.

Weekend Workouts:
Friday 20 min jog and stretch
Saturday 20 min jog with 2 strides and stretch.

Be ready to sweat Monday at the park.
