Weak, wimpy, and those who are afraid to get some dirt in their shoes need not apply.

Expect to be scratched, muddied, bruised and to be out near the edge where life is in full color.

Weekend Workout:)

Gotta put in the work:)
Run today and Saturday for a medium/medium hard 20 minutes!!!
 Then take Sunday OFF, remember to stretch.


You have all been running really great and working really hard.  It has really begun to show lets keep it up!
